If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact email@example.com within 30 days of your receipt of the product. Our team will respond within 30 days of your request. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, but we do handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. (Any such requests must be made within 30 days of your receipt of the product).
For all eligible refunds, we will issue the refund to the original payment method used to purchase the product, within 14 days of our approval of the refund request. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that does not comply with the above policies.
