My bars arrived room temperature and not exactly cold, is that okay?

Yes, CORE Bars & CORE Keto Bars are good for one week “on the go” at room temperature! Your order will leave our facility frozen and thaw en route to your door. Just place them in the refrigerator when you receive and take them out when you’re ready to enjoy!

Do CORE Bars and CORE Keto Bars need to be refrigerated?

Yes, CORE Bars and CORE Keto Bars need to be refrigerated for optimal freshness. Of course, the bars are good at room temperature for up to a week.

Do CORE Oat Snacks need to be refrigerated?

No, CORE Oat Snacks are shelf stable so can be stored at room temperature in your pantry!

Why do CORE Bars and CORE Keto Bars need to be refrigerated?

To achieve our signature soft texture, CORE Bars and CORE Keto Bars are made with more water than the average nutrition bar. Moreover, our bars don’t contain any nasty preservatives and therefore need to be stored in the fridge to maintain freshness for the full shelf life.

When do my snacks expire?

You can find the expiration date is on the inside flap of the bar wrappers and on back of the bag for oat snacks.

What type of probiotics are used in the bars? How many are in each bar?

The probiotic strain is Bacillus Coagulans GBI-30 6086 and there are 500 million CFUs in each bar.

Are CORE Foods products safe for pregnant women?

We don’t use any ingredients that are known to be unsafe for women to consume during pregnancy.

Are CORE Foods products kosher?

Yes, all CORE Foods products are certified kosher.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact info@corefoods.com  within 30 days of your receipt of the product. Our team will respond within 30 days of your request. Due to the nature of our products, we handle requests for returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis (but any such requests must be made within 30 days of your receipt of the product). Please note that in no event will we be responsible for more than the price you paid for the applicable products, less any applicable shipping costs. Please have your order number available when you contact us to help expedite your request.
