Our Organic Raw Walnuts are grown in the California central valley and our Organic Raw Cashews are grown in Vietnam using sustainable fair trade practices. We remove the nut from the fruit (and in doing so eliminate nearly all enzyme inhibitors). The good people at Artisana first test samples to make sure they’ll sprout and then mash the soft flesh until it is sticky, they do not soak their nuts and nearly all phytates are removed with the husk. This is what holds a CORE Meal together!
